1" Scalloped cart/headstall buckle blank. Outsidecmeasures 2-3/8" X 2-1/8". Inside measures 1-1/16" X 1-9/16". Constructed of 10 gauage A-1011 Steel. Please note the pre-drilled holes are only 1/8" which are mainly there for alignment. They will need to be drilled out to 3/16" for a hinge and tongue or at least counter sunk to be able to weld on the hinge and tongue. Used for halters as well as other buckle applications. Would make a nice child's belt buckle. These come flat. Made in Texas USA.
